Can I order by phone or post?

All orders and payments are online only. We unfortunately do not accept orders or payment by telephone or post (except for the PhraseBook for Writing Papers and Research and Language Editing).

Can I pay by cheque or bank transfer?

All payments are by credit, debit or charge card online. With the exception of the PhraseBook for Writing Papers and Research and Language Editing, we do not accept payment by cheque or bank transfer.

Is it secure to pay by credit card online?

Our user-friendly system makes online ordering easy and secure: card details are processed automatically and your order is confirmed while you are online. You also receive email confirmation of your purchase.
