We want you to be happy with your purchase from our website. All products and services come with our 30-day return guarantee: if any product or service is faulty or falls below the standard you expect, we will replace it or refund your purchase. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

Returning an Item

If you wish to return an item, please send it by recorded delivery within 30 days of receipt to the address below. The returned item must be unused and in the original packaging, with any seals and shrink wrap undamaged.

You must pay for the cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty or was delivered to you in error.

We recommend that you send the item(s) by recorded delivery as proof of return. If we do not receive the goods, we may charge you.

To return a downloaded product, you must complete and sign a Letter of Destruction. The Letter of Destruction, when signed by you, certifies that you have destroyed the digital product(s) you purchased from The Whole World Company. Please contact us if you require a Letter of Destruction.
