How to Order

Ordering online on our website is easy and safe. Simply choose what you want and add to the shopping cart. Then go the the checkout, enter your payment and delivery details, and your purchases will arrive in a few days. Click below for help on:

• Each product normally includes an image and information to help you choose

Adding items to the shopping cart

Just like a real shopping basket, you can add items or remove items:

• When you have found the item you want, click the 'Add to Cart' button
• To change the quantity of an item in the shopping cart, enter a new quantity and click 'Update'
• To remove an item from the shopping cart, enter 0 as the quantity and click 'Update'
• Click 'Continue' to add more items or 'Checkout Now' to go to the checkout

How to pay

When you are ready to pay, click 'Checkout':

• Check your order is correct
• Select your location (this is important for delivery and tax purposes)
• If you want to deliver the purchase to another address (for example a gift), tick the box
• Enter your name and address and, if appropriate, the delivery address
• Select your shipping method
• Click the 'Next' button to go to the secure payment page
• Complete the payment form with your card details
• Your payment will be confirmed in a few moments
• You will receive a receipt, which you can print

• You will also receive an email confirming your payment and an email confirming the details of your order

Payment can be made by credit, debit or charge card. We accept all major credit, debit and charge cards, including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club, JCB, Eurocard, Switch, Maestro, Delta and all Visa affiliated debit cards.

We are only able to accept orders online. We are not able to take orders by telephone or post. We are unable to accept payment by cheque or bank transfer.

Our user-friendly system makes online ordering easy and secure: card details are processed automatically and your order is confirmed while you are online.

For online ordering we use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Connection and Data Encryption (you will see this displayed in many browsers by a lock or key symbol) provided by NetBanx, one of Europe's leading secure online payment systems.

Currency

Prices are in British Pounds (GBP) (UK Sterling). If you are shopping from another country, place your order and your bank or card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
