I tried to order, but the payment system didn't accept my card

We are sorry that you were unable to place your order. At certain times, the online ordering system is very busy. Please wait a while and try to make your purchase again.

My order has not arrived

Deliveries may be delayed for various reasons. Please first check the following:

  1. If your order has not arrived, first check that you have received an email from us telling you that it has been dispatched. If you have not received an email, we are still waiting to dispatch your order, for example if we are waiting for a book from the publisher.
  2. Sometimes your postal service may have tried to deliver your order, but you were not there. Often the delivery person leaves a card telling you about the missed delivery. Sometimes they may leave your order with your neighbour or colleague.
  3. Deliveries may require a signature. Therefore, contact your local delivery office to see if they are holding the item for you.
  4. Check that the delivery address you gave us in your order is correct.

If you have received a dispatch email and your order has not arrived three weeks after dispatch (or longer for international economy), please contact us giving your name and address, full details of your order, the date of purchase and order number.

 

I have not received all my order

Sometimes items are sent separately. Please wait a few days to see if the rest of your order arrives. See also the guidelines above on orders that have not arrived.

If the rest of your order has still not arrived three weeks after dispatch (or longer for international economy), please contact us giving your name and address, full details of your order, the date of purchase and order number.

 

It was not what I ordered

If you received an incorrect order, please return the item(s) within 30 days by recorded delivery unused and in the original packaging to our returns address below.

We recommend that you return the item(s) by recorded delivery in case of non-delivery of returned goods.
